Conshohocken-Based Mortgage Company, Perennial Funding, Provided Care Packages to Homeless

Conshohocken-based Perennial Funding provided care packages to folks who are homeless or who needed a helping hand. Employees from the company were excited to extend support within the community. The goal of the charitable event was to provide some comfort to folks who are less fortunate.

Care packages contained a pair of socks, a pair of gloves, a hat, one bottle of water, one bag of chips, one package of crackers and two mini granola bars.

Each care package costs approximately $10 to prepare. On the day before Thanksgiving, employees from Perennial Funding walked around Center City to spread a little holiday cheer to people who appeared to need some assistance.

Last year, the company was able to give out more than 75 turkey and cheese sandwiches to folks within the community. Each year the company plans to exceed the previous year’s charitable efforts.

While the weather was in the low 30s in Center City, Pennsylvania, employees who are dedicated to the community made outstanding efforts to hand out dozens of care packages.

“Hopefully, the distribution of our warm-weather accessories in our community will provide homeless folks with an additional layer of protection against freezing temperatures,” says Corey Gee, CEO of Perennial Funding.

As a licensed mortgage lender, Perennial Funding offers a variety of loan programs for home buyers and for existing homeowners. Lending services are provided in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
