Conshohocken boutique The Collective was named Best of Philly for “Womenswear Shop” in the latest edition of Philadelphia magazine. The shop was opened by Conshohocken native Victoria Totaro in the spring of 2024 at 214 Fayette Street.
In the magazine, the following is offered about The Collective:
Walk into this hilltop boutique overlooking Fayette Street and you’ll want to revamp your whole closet. Owner and Conshy native Victoria Totaro curates hard-to-find-elsewhere seasonal staples and elevated styles — hardware-studded rompers, breezy striped sets, wear-everywhere denim, and chic but playful accessories (like gold serpentine watches) — from brands such as Pistola and Amanda Uprichard. Totaro will even sell you the crisp linen shirt off her back, like she did for one of our staffers.
In a social media post, Totaro responded to the recognition:
To put your entire heart into something and be recognized for it is an amazing feeling. I am so thankful for my amazing customers for allowing me to follow my passion and for @el.brisk for finding me and making this all possible. This is so much more than a store and I hope whoever walks into these doors can feel that.
