I once went on a bar crawl around Christmas and everyone had to dress like Santa or another theme from the holiday.  One of the people I met that day was a girl dressed like a lamp (think “fragile” from A Christmas Story).   Since then she has introduced me to countless people in the 19428.

How did you come to live and/or work in Conshohocken?

I was lucky to have some really good friends that lived in the Conshohocken area about 10 years ago and they did a great job of introducing me to all Conshy has to offer.  It started with a Beer Pong league at Toads and evolved to all the other restaurants and activities that surround us.  So when it was time for me to look for a place to settle down (about seven years ago), Conshohocken was a no-brainer.

What do you do (career wise)?

Currently I am the Area Marketing Manager for Cricket Communications. I’m responsible for the advertising and promotional roll outs for all our corporate stores and our many partners. So next time you are driving down the street and you see a billboard /bus stop poster or hear a radio ad, that’s my handi-work. I also was lucky enough to work for Conshohocken based PointRoll for a year which was wonderful. I was able to walk to work!

What do you love most about Conshohocken?

Hands down the best part of Conshohocken are the people.  Everyone here is so welcoming and warm.  I would have to say that everywhere you go, if you are friendly, you will walk away with a new acquaintance or friend that you weren’t expecting.   And then there’s the other reasons which include location to major routes, great food and social opportunities.

What are your favorite places in Conshohocken?

If I didn’t say the Boat House then several people I know would call shenanigans on me.  Though I’m a BIG fan of the Fayette Street Grill for dinner and the Deli on 4th offers some delicious sandwiches.
