If you have visited the Conshohocken Farmers’ Market, you likely had the chance to purchase beef, pork, chicken, and eggs from Quarry Hill Farm in Harleysville. The farm was started in 2021 by David and Annmarie Perlman and their family.

David Perlman, a real estate developer, constructed the townhomes at the bottom of West 7th Avenue in Conshohocken and is currently redeveloping the riverfront in Bridgeport with a mix of housing types. His son, Calvin, works in the family real estate business and serves the Conshohocken community as the Deputy Fire Chief for the Conshohocken Fire Department. Daughter Lauren Thomas, her husband Jon, and their four kids also help at the farm.

The farm has a not-for-profit arm that donates the profits from the farm to local charities such as shelters and food banks in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Quarry Hill Farm is at the Conshohocken Farmers’ Market every other week. It will next be there on Saturday, September 14th, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
