The Philadelphia Business Journal reported on January 21st that law firm Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld has extended its lease for seven years and is expanding its space within the office building at 101 West Elm Street in Conshohocken. It also made a similar move at its Philadelphia location.
In regards to its Conshohocken office space, the article states:
In addition to the lease at Three Logan, Royer Cooper signed a seven-year renewal at 101 West Elm St. in Conshohocken, the firm’s headquarters since 2011. The new deal will expand Royer Cooper’s space on the fourth floor of the building by 33% from 12,490 square feet to 16,631. Cooper said construction work, which requires breaking down a wall, is expected to be completed by May.
The Conshohocken expansion will increase Royer Cooper’s total individual offices in the building from 30 to 42. It will specifically include six new attorney window offices, three new attorney interior offices and three new interior guest offices. The firm will also add a conference room overlooking the Schuylkill River and some collaboration space.
