Conshohocken Man Charged in Connection with Stabbing of Villanova Student

Main Line Media News reports that a Conshohocken man, 23 year old Sterling Frazier-Sallad II of East Elm Street, has been charged with simple assault, conspiracy and harassment after an incident with a Villanova student in Ardmore that resulted in the student being stabbed. The incident took place after the student left Kelly’s Taproom on October 4th and an altercation occurred as he was walking down a street.

Two men have been charged in connection with the assault of a Villanova student last weekend and a third has been identified and interviewed by investigators, police said late Friday.

Police identified the suspects as Antwine Duane Bing, 27, of Simpson Road in Ardmore and Sterling Frazier-Sallad II, 23, of East Elm Street in Conshohocken.
Both were charged and arraigned Thursday evening.

A third person has been identified and has been interviewed by police but has not yet been charged. Police said investigators are working with the Delaware District Attorney’s office regarding whether the third man will be charged.
