Conshohocken native releases song named for street she grew up on in Conshohocken

Conshohocken native Katie Hunter recently released a song named for Pleasant Valley Drive, the street she grew up on. Hunter shared with MoreThanTheCurve.com some details about how the song came about:

Pleasant Valley Drive is the street I grew up on. I moved in 2020, and just really missed it: the neighborhood, the town, the house itself. It felt like part of myself had stayed in the house. Moving out meant growing up and letting go of a lot of things, both material and emotional, whether it was objects that held memories, or letting go of people who I loved dearly. When you spend the first 23 years of your life somewhere, you become apart of it, and it becomes apart of you.
