A Conshohocken resident, 30-year-old Alessandro Fiorello, has been charged with six misdemeanors, including Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image- Visual (M2), Invasion of Privacy – transfer image by telephone, email, internet, etc. (M3), Invasion of Privacy – view, photograph, etc. person, w/out consent (M3), Harassment – Comm. Repeatedly in Another
Manner (M3), Harassment – Course of Conduct W/No Legitimate Purpose (M3), and Stalking – Repeatedly Commit Acts To Cause Fear (M1).

The Conshohocken Police Department investigated after Fiorello’s former girlfriend reported that he had accessed her phone (in August, while they were dating) and obtained intimate photos she had stored on her device. Once they broke up, Fiorello is accused of sending these photos to his former girlfriend’s new boyfriend and harassing the couple. According to court documents, the former girlfriend did not know he had accessed her phone and photos until Fiorello allegedly sent the photos to her new boyfriend.

Fiorello is a noted restaurateur and chef. He has two restaurants: Allesandro’s Pizzeria in West Chester and Allesandro’s Wood Fire & Grill in Wayne. He is currently preparing to open a third restaurant, Allesandro’s Enocata in Bryn Mawr.

When we learned of the charges on September 4th, MoreThanTheCurve.com contacted Fiorello for a statement and was referred to a publicist who offered, “We don’t want to qualify the misdemeanor charges with any comment at this time.”

A preliminary arraignment was held on September 9th, and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 23rd before Magisterial District Judge Dara Nasatir.
