A Conshohocken resident is seeking $5 grand for a sneaker worn by Lil Wayne during a concert in 2011. The opportunity to purchase this shoe was posted on Craiglist.com. The advertisement reads:

I was in the crowd during a Lil Wayne concert in the summer for 2011, at which Lil Wayne took off his shoes and threw it into the crowd after the show. Lucky me that I was able to catch one of the shoes!!!!! I have had it for a few years but I’m looking to sell it. I have proof that this was the shoe worn on stage. This is a very rare and unique collectible item. Lil Wayne is one of the biggest rap icons of all time and his memorabilia is not easy to come by. Please only serious inquires, it would have to be a cash deal, and we would meet in a safe location like a bank even. $5000 O.B.O
