Conshohocken’s Borough Council grants conditional use to pave way for condos

During the June 2nd meeting of Conshohocken’s Borough Council, the members voted unanimously to grant a conditional use for a condo community at 261-263 East Elm Street in the borough.

While Borough Council has granted the conditional use, the developer, Craft Custom Homes, must still obtain several variances from the zoning hearing board. This hearing (view agenda) is scheduled for June 14th at 7:00 p.m.

The proposed community from Craft Custom Homes would consist of 21, two-bedroom, units. The property includes what was once a train station (you can see elements of this inside Prime Intensity Training). The developer plans to incorporate these features into the plan for the community.
