A conditional use application for the proposed Matson Mill apartment community is back on the agenda for Conshohocken’s’ Borough Council on Wednesday, November 20th at 7:00 p.m. The agenda reads:
c. Consider granting conditional use approval for Matson Mill
d. Consider approving preliminary/final minor subdivision and land development for Matson Mill
This item was continued from the last meeting on November 6th. The developer, High Street Residential, needs the conditional use granted to move forward with the 296 unit community. It would be located between the railroad tracks and the river just above Oak Street.
