Shipley Energy has announced the acquisition of Jay Gress Inc., of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Jay Gress Inc. is a quality lubricants, fuels, and heating-air conditioning service provider for home, industry and commercial customers. The purchase agreement provides the sale of the Heating oil, HVAC service, and commercial fueling divisions to Shipley Energy, headquartered in York, Pennsylvania.
