Conshohocken’s Jon Hargis won Conshy Corner Tavern’s annual Chili Cookoff, which raised more than $1,100 for the Colonial Neighborhood Council. The council operates the local food bank and Meals on Wheel program. Kimmy Kmat placed second in the vote by the judges.
