B101 (WBEB-FM) announced on September 15th that Conshohocken resident Kathy Romano will be getting her own show on the station. “The Kathy Romano Show” will be co-hosted by Kathy Romano and Bobby Smith and will debut on September 23rd. The show will be heard weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Romano will continue on the mic solo for a midday show from 10:00 a.m. to noon.

According to the announcement, “Listeners can expect engaging conversations, fresh lifestyle content, and fun, family-friendly features crafted for the B101 audience. Romano will drive the show’s content, setting the tone for a feel-good start to the day in Philadelphia.”

Romano was part of the highly successful “The Preston & Steve Show” on WMRR for 22 years.
