Conshohocken-based NSM Insurance Group announced on April 22nd that it has rebranded as Novacore. For 35 years, NSM offered industry-specific insurance programs through “specialized underwriting and trusted carrier partnerships.” In the announcement, the future as Novacore is described as “delivering leading, industry-specific insurance programs through specialized underwriting and trusted carrier partnerships.”

The launch follows the recent sale of NSM Insurance Group’s U.S. commercial business to New Mountain Capital, which will provide Novacare strategic backing.
