Conshy Candy Company opens on November 2nd

The Conshy Candy Co. opens its doors today (Monday, November 2nd) at noon. The sweet shop is located next to Flocco’s at 108 1/2 Fayette Street in Conshohocken.

The business is owned by Karen Karen Sajda-Little, owner of Tough Nickel Barbershop which is located across Fayette Street, and Rob Nelson, the owner of Edwards Freeman Nut Company.

The pair had to alter the business plan to operate safely during the pandemic. Originally the plan was to have bins where you scooped loose candy into bags. Due to COVID-19, all of the candy is prepackaged.

In addition to all the regular candy, the shop does have vegan-friendly treats, like the above dark chocolate covered pretzels and almonds from Nancy Adams.

The shop is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m. Follow Conshy Candy Company on Instagram.
