Cornell Homes, which built the townhomes on Moorehead Road, has seven properties under agreement along Matsonford Road, where it hopes to build 30 similar townhomes. Cornell Homes’ attorney made a presentation at the August 12th Borough Council meeting in West Conshohocken to outline the plan and seek the input of Council.
According to the minutes from the meeting, issues that would need to be resolved are “zoning changes, steep slope issues, storm water issues, needed variances, traffic issues, traffic impact studies, fire hydrants, turning radisus, etc.”
We have not yet been able to confirm that the above image from NAI Geis Realty Group’s website represents the properties in question, but the image shows seven properties and lists them as under agreement. You can view the details for each property by clicking here. When we have confirmation, we will update this story.
This is not the only proposed development in the pipeline in West Conshy. There is a plan from another developer for townhome and condo communities.
