Demo and construction have begun at the former location of M Bar and Theresa’s.  The property, along with a lot across Moorehead, is being cleared to make way for Lafayette Crossing, a townhome community.

The two model units are on the other side of Moorehead from the two former restaurants.  Construction has begun on these units.
