The western side of the unit block of Fayette Street that is going to undergo a major redevelopment has a few pieces of fence up blocking some of the access points to the property. We asked the developer, Keystone Property Group, for a demolition schedule, but was told that it was not yet finalized and to check back next week.

For now it appears they are just getting the site ready for the demolition that will involve two office buildings and a parking garage.

Once redeveloped, the property will have an office building that will be the new corporate headquarters for AmerisourceBergen, a hotel, new parking garage, a public square, and a restaurant operating out of the historic firehouse.
