Four parcels on Harry Street, between East 1st Avenue and East Elm Street, have been for sale for a while, but an ad on CraigsList.com is the first time we saw them being marketed as a development opportunity. The current use of the buildings on the properties is office space.

The properties involved front Harry Street and go all the way back to Angel Alley.
