Do You Need a Primary Care Provider During this Difficult Time?

Suburban Medical Associates of Conshohocken has you covered. With the use of telemedicine, we can offer a quality visit over video or telephone to provide you with the medical care you need during social distancing.

What is telemedicine?

Telemedicine is the use of technology by healthcare providers to provide medical advice, education, intervention, monitoring and guidance to patients without the need for an in-office visit.

How can I connect to a provider?

To be seen by a provider, all you need is access to the internet and email. Our staff will email you a link, which you can then open on a desktop, laptop, or your phone. The link will take you directly to a video chat with us.

What if I do not have access to the internet?

Even without the internet, we can still conduct a telemedicine visit over the phone. Although a video conference is preferred, a telephone visit can often be sufficient to provide medical guidance.

What conditions can be treated using telemedicine?

There are many conditions that we treat via telemedicine. Examples include: allergies, sinus infections, cold and flu-like symptoms, cough, fever, rashes, minor injuries, muscle pain, headache, nausea, upset stomach, and many others. If you’re unsure if your condition can be treated using telemedicine, give us a call!
