The Don-Len building at 624 Maple Street in Conshohocken has been listed for sale. The long-running business in Conshohocken sells apparel and trophies and has another location in Schwenkesville that will continue to operate. The building dates back to 1875 and has been in the Wasmansk family who own Don-Len since 1985.

Representing the property is George Korkus of Realty Mark. We spoke with Korkus and he shared that the property is being marketed to those who want to continue with the industrial/warehouse use and to developers who could seek to redevelop the property with residential. There has been one offer made on the property and Korkus continues to receive interest from other properties.
