Aim High Studio is holding a free suspension training trial on Saturday, June 22nd at 11:00 a.m. Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes body weight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.
