Vince Totaro is hosting one of his famous Wild Game Dinners at Trattoria Totaro on Thursday January 31st.  There will be open seating and each course will be paired with a different craft beer.  The cost is $55.00 per person.  Below is the menu:

First Course
Spicy Bison Vegetable Barley Soup

Pasta Course
Venison three cheese lasagna with layers of mozzarella, fontina, asiago and ricotta cheeses, marinara sauce and
house made pasta sheets

Salad Course
Cajun seasoned bison flank steak grilled and served over arugula with grilled apples, purple onion and grape tomatoes
tossed with an apricot cranberry vinaigrette
