Trattoria Totaro is hosting one of their famous Wild Game Nights on Thursday, May 3rd.  Each course will be paired with a beer from Victory Brewing.  The dinner has open seating and the cost is $55.00 person, plus tax and gratuity.  Check out the menu below:

First Course
Buffalo chili with beans

Second Course
Grilled ginger teriyaki marinated buffalo flank steak over arugula with pine nuts

Pasta Course
Pumpkin gnocchi in a rosemary olive oil with garlic, grape tomatoes and pulled duck

Main Course A sampling of each:

Rabbit cacciatore with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomato

Boneless roast duck manicotti in a tomato sage sauce

Quail stuffed with pheasant sausage stuffing with an apple glaze orange zest

Grilled rack of wild boar in a raspberry currant sauce

*All served with chestnut risotto and my version of ratatouille
