CrossFit Ravenous is hosting a "Friends and Family Week" from Saturday, June 3 through Saturday, June 10! In addition to a whole week of free workouts they have the following events scheduled: Saturday, June 3--Scavenger Hunt WOD at 11am followed by their Summer Kick-off Party which will take place at the gym! Thursday, June 8--Ladies Night WOD at 5:15pm followed by happy hour!
