Join us for a fun virtual trivia night, based on television show and recent multiple Emmy-winner Schitt’s Creek! Note: You will need TWO different devices to play. We will be streaming the questions via Zoom Webinar, and you will answer the questions via Kahoot on your smartphone or another device. You can download the app (iOS store or Android) or visit kahoot.it in your smart phone browser. You will need to include a name and email address in your registration. Trivia content will be family-friendly, but the questions are geared towards teens and adults. This program is courtesy of the Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library. Trivia Nights FAQs: Q: Can I play with a team? A: Yes! There are two ways you can play with a team: 1. Play with others who are with you when playing trivia. Many families have been playing together as one team. This would involve one person registering and one person using Kahoot to answer the question for the whole team. 2. Some teams have played even while social distancing by video chatting with each other! This would mean that both parties would register so they both can watch the stream. They debate the question over video and then ONE person answers via Kahoot for the two of them. Q: Do I have to be a local resident to participate? A: Nope! Everyone is welcome at our trivia nights, though most prizes will be for local establishments. Q: I’m a little nervous about using all of this tech to play trivia. Will staff be available to help during the program? A: Yes! Staff will be available to help answer your questions during the trivia games. There is also a chat function that can be used to ask questions. If you have any questions ahead of time, please feel free to contact Sara Huff at shuff@mclinc.org.
