Everything you need to know about Saint Patrick’s Day parade and holiday in Conshohocken

The Montgomery County Saint Patrick’s Day Parade is being held in Conshohocken on Saturday, March 16th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and of course, the actual holiday follows on Sunday, March 17th. Prior to the parade there is the 10th annual Conshohocken St. Paddy’s Day 5K Classic benefiting Conshohocken Fire Company No. 2.

Below are some details to know if you plan to come to Conshohocken for the parade and holiday.

Weather for Parade
As of the morning of Saturday, March 16th, the forecast is 61 degrees and sunny.

Parking for Parade
There is ample free parking available in the SORA West parking garage off West Elm Street.

Road Closures
Fayette Street will be closed from Elm Street to 11th Avenue starting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The street will reopen at approximately 6:00 p.m. Portions of East 11th Avenue, Hallowell Street between 9th Avenue and 13th Avenue, and East 1st Avenue between Fayette Street and Harry Street will also be closed for parade and 5K preparations.

WestSide Bar & Grill
31 Front St, West Conshohocken

Opens at 11:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday with food and drink specials.

Before and after the parade on Saturday there will be a DJ.


Guppy’s Good Times
2 Maple Street, Conshohocken

For the parade on Saturday, there will be $5 drafts of Yards’ Made by Phila and $12 Smash Burgers (dine-in only) from noon to 4:00 p.m. There will be live music starting at 4:00 p.m. from David Sinclair. DJ Mike Pagz takes over at 8:00 p.m. On special until 10:00 p.m. are $5 Miller Lite aluminums.

On Sunday, Dave “McDuong” Duong will be playing from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On special are $3 Miller Lite aluminums and $6 Conshy Crushes.


Southern Cross Kitchen
8 East 1st Avenue, Conshohocken

All weekend, Southern Cross Kitchen will have four beverage specials ($10 Brew & Dew, $8 Honey & Lemonade, $12 Irish Mule, and $5 Guinness) and Irish food specials.

For the parade on Saturday, there will be live music with Jack Mangene at 6:30 p.m. On Sunday, there will be live music at 10:30 a.m. with Bronwyn Beth.


Gypsy Saloon
128 Ford Street, West Conshohocken

On Saturday for the parade, brunch will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with Guinness Stew served all day. From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. there will be live music from Chris Foux.

On Sunday for the holiday, brunch will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with Guinness Stew served all day. From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. there will be live music from Jack Mangene and Jeff Kessler from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.


The Great American Pub
123 Fayette Street, Conshohocken

The Pub has Saint Patrick’s Day drink specials from March 10-17, that include the Lucky Leprechaun Martini, Conshy Drop, Espresso Mini-Tini and Naughty Leprechaun Shots.

The Paul Moore Band will be playing at the Pub on Saturday after the parade and will be followed by two DJs.


Brunch
521 Fayette Street, Conshohocken

All week, specials include a Green Omelette, Creamed Chipped Beef, and Mint Hot Chocolate.

Brunch is open on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.



Hotel West & Main
46 Fayette Street, Conshohocken

Hotel West & Main is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Parade day pregame party on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., featuring live music outside on the green with Nashville-based band Parker Barrow. There will also be festive food & drink specials including Irish coffee, a ‘Pot of Gold” cocktail, corned beef sliders & mini shepherd’s pies, etc., yard games for the kids (and adult kids), and more.


Flanigan’s Boathouse/Below Deck Bottle Shop
113 Fayette Street

The Boathouse will have a bar outside for the parade on Saturday. The Below Deck Bottle Shop will also be open for takeout beer and wine.

There will also be Irish food specials.


The StoneRose
822 Fayette Street, Conshohocken

For the parade on Saturday, The StoneRose is featuring a Short Rib Cheesesteak, with short ribs, cheddar sauce, scallions, and a side of fries for $18. From the bar, Guinness will be $6/pint, and a cocktail special called “Parading Around 8th” Irish Whiskey based drink) for $13.

Outdoor seating for the parade is available by reservation.


Our Daily Bagel
308 Fayette Street, Conshohocken

On Saturday and Sunday, Our Daily Bagel will have green bagels, as well as St. Patrick’s themed coffee drinks and sandwiches. Look for the Loaded Potato Sandwich (which mimics a potato soup), Irish Potato Latte topped with sprinkled cinnamon, as well as Irish Cream Cold Brew with Irish Cream Cold Foam. The shop will also feature Irish music on the playlist.

‘feine has three Irish-themed lattes available throughout March, including the Lucky Charms Latter, Nutty Irishman Latter, and the Irish Potato Latter (hot only).


VFW Post 1074 Conshohocken
300 East 5th Avenue, Conshohocken

On Saturday for the parade, the VFW will have Irish inspired drink specials, Jell-O-Shots, and DJ B playing the best Irish music. Doors open at noon and the party ends at 3:00 a.m.


Izenberg’s
401 Fayette Street, Conshohocken

The cafe and bakery will have Corned Beef Reubens, along with Saint Patrick’s Day themed cake pops, cakes cookies, cupcakes and Irish potatoes.


Deli on 4th
326 Fayette Street, Conshohocken

For the parade on Saturday, Deli on 4th will be outside with cheesesteak and corned beef Reuben egg rolls, dogs, sausages, and organic cold pressed green juice.


The Andrew Lannutti Post
505 Maple Street, Conshohocken

For the parade on Saturday, the Post will open at 11:00 a.m. and Jimmy C. will be serving his famous Bloody Mary’s.

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Smokin’ Jim’s Roadhouse BBQ pop-up will be open.


Conshohocken Brewing

Starting Friday, Conshohocken Brewing will feature St. Paddy’s Pale Ale. This limited batch (green) beer showcases floral & citrus hop aromas and flavors for easy spring drinking.


Little Brew House
214 Ridge Pike, Conshohocken

Little Brew House has live music after the parade from Brighton Road from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. On special on Saturday are $6 Surfsides/Statesides.

On Sunday, there will be specials including $8 Conshy Wide

On the menu over the weekend will be Irish Stew and Ham & Cabbage.

On Saturday, will be outside from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with drinks and cigars.
