Fatal hit and run in Whitemarsh Township

First responders were called to Stenton Avenue and West Valley Green Road in Whitemarsh Township at 3:18 p.m. on November 8th after a vehicle struck a pedestrian and fled the scene. The pedestrian later died from the injuries. The driver was arrested by police in Philadelphia.

We do not have many details beyond that. FOX29’s Steve Keely made several tweets about it and shared some video. See below.
