Conshohocken Restaurant Week presented by The Courts at Spring Mill Station returns Monday, September 16th through Sunday, September 22nd. This special week will feature 16 Conshohocken and West Conshohocken restaurants offering $20 and/or $35 prix fixe menus.

The Conshohocken Restaurant Week Preview Party benefits Sustainable Conshohocken and is being held on Monday, September 9th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Courts at Spring Mill Station. Tickets are $20 and include the opportunity to enjoy samples from the participating restaurants, complimentary beer and wine and live music. Tickets are very limited. Order online.

tomato, spinach, lemon, garlic and herbed compound butter, finished with shredded asiago

diced tomato, chopped bacon, blue cheese, topped with a honey-dill ranch

Mixed Greens Salad
dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles, with a house balsamic vinaigrette

The Caprese
garden ripened heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil leaf, sprinkled with olive oil

Summer peas, shallot, lemon thyme, prosciutto and asiago baked into and egg dip. Served with rusks

cast iron seared, served with butternut and sweet potato mousse, roasted green beans and demi glace

Shallow Poached Mediterranean Bass
served with tomato and basil risotto and roasted green beans, finished with a pan lemon and sage buerre blanc

New York Strip Steak +$4
grilled and placed atop Yukon gold and roasted garlic home style potatoes and asparagus. Topped with an herb compound butter

Shrimp and Pasta
Linguini tossed with baby spinach, tomato, garlic, lemon and red onion, finished with white wine and whole butter

Braised Short Rib
braised with red potatoes, summer onion, baby carrots, celery, tomatoes, garlic and basil. Served with jus
