Fitness court now open at Conshohocken’s Sutcliffe Park

The Borough of Conshohocken announced on November 12th that an outdoor fitness court has opened at Sutcliffe Park.

From the announcement:

The Conshohocken Recreation Services Department partnered with the National Fitness Campaign to bring this world-class outdoor bodyweight circuit training system to Conshohocken Borough. The Fitness Court is designed so people of all levels and abilities can get a full-body workout in just 7 minutes. Each station utilizes bodyweight to increase fitness levels. Follow the stations in numeric order, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off, and then move to the next station. Instructions for each workout can be found on the wall decals or through the downloadable Fitness Court app available on iPhone and Android devices. The app includes guided audio workouts and tutorial videos; graded difficulties, HIIT, upper, lower, and full-body routines; and workouts hosted by expert celebrity trainers and influencers.

The National Fitness Campaign is targeting to place 1,000 fitness courts across the country by 2022.
