The final phase of the Cold Point Village development is underway near the intersection of Butler Pike and Plymouth Road in Plymouth Meeting.

The building under construction will be home to a fitness studio named Remix Fitness, which will be its second location. The original location is in Horsham. It is expected to open in the spring of 2021.
