CoStar reported yesterday that MIM-Hayden, a Pennsylvania-based property investment firm, acquired the Five Tower Bridge Office building in West Conshy from KBSII Tower Bridge LLC for $70 million.

The 11-story, 222,058-square-foot, office tower was built in 2001 on nine acres.
