A former Conshohocken resident, Richard F. Corrigan, recently released his sixth novel titled The Wilderness Diary. The book tells the story of Alexandra Solinar, an academic with a PhD in Archaeological History and Theological Studies, who receives a key from her recently murdered father, a codebreaker who had been hunted by the CIA. She is determined to continue her father’s work and recover his body.

Corrigan and his wife lived on West 6th Avenue from 1969 to 1971, where he was a parishioner at Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church. He is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and attended Mount Airy Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. The former school teacher has published five previous novels, including Krystal Vision, Krystal Scent, Krystal Touch, Crust, and Expedition to Murder.
