The restaurant space at 16 East 1st Avenue in Conshohocken, Viggiano’s longtime home, has been listed for lease. The Italian BYOB opened in 2000 and became a Conshy staple. It closed in 2009 and then reopened in 2013 and had a second successful run through the summer of 2024.
The space has a fully equipped kitchen, two floors of seating for 150 guests, and a private outdoor dining area for 20+. Two private dining rooms are also available for special occasions or group reservations. Overall, the building is 4,000 square feet. The rent is $7,000 per month.
Nearby restaurants include Southern Cross Kitchen, Daniel’s, Flanigan’s Boathouse, Blackfish, El Limon, and The Great American Pub. The restaurant space is across the street from a municipal parking deck, and several large office buildings are nearby.
