Four Conshohocken Parks to be Treated for Mosquitoes on May 15th

The Borough of Conshohocken has announced that four of its parked will be treated with chemicals to control mosquitoes on Tuesday, May 15th. The parks involved are:

  • Sutcliffe Park
  • Haines and Salvati Memorial Park
  • 2nd Avenue Meadows
  • Aubrey Collins Memorial Park

The treatments will be handled by Chemical Exterminating of Conshohocken. The treatments will begin in Sutcliffe Park in the early morning and the other parks will follow during the course of the day. There will be signs indicating the park has been treated.

According to the Borough’s announcement the public should exercise caution and avoid the areas that have been treated for two hours while chemicals dry, especially when the exterminator is on site.
