Goodness Bowls has signed a lease for 200 Fayette Street in Conshohocken. The building was the longtime home of La Bella Moda, a bridal shop that closed at the end of May. Conshohocken-based realtor Donna Totaro represented the property owner.
The fast-casual “healthy eats café” offers a menu of acai, pitaya, green, and warm protein bowls, plus fresh smoothies, cold-pressed juices, toasts, and wraps. The two-story building will house the restaurant on the first floor, additional seating on the second floor, and the corporate headquarters on the second floor.
The business was launched in 2019 by the mother-daughter duo of Sue and Corinne Persichetti. The family has a strong connection to Conshohocken, as Sue was born in Conshy, grew up in Blue Bell, and still has family in the area. The pair plan to launch the next stage of Goodness Bowls’ growth from Conshohocken.
Conshohocken will be the tenth Goodness Bowls location and a corporately owned store. The ten locations include a mix of corporately owned and franchise locations: Avalon, Sea Isle, Villanova, Narberth, Spring House, Collegeville, Scranton, Paoli, and Haddon Township.
The projected opening date is early 2027.
