The Philadelphia Inquirer published an extensive interview on February 17th with Justin Rosenberg, who is the founder and CEO of Honeygrow. If you aren’t familiar, the restaurant offers a menu of stir-fry dishes and salads.

The big news from the article for the local area is that the Plymouth Meeting location is opening in March. The building was constructed next to the Shake Shack near the Germantown Pike entrance/exit of the Plymouth Meeting Mall.
