Hook and Ladder Sky Bar & Kitchen in Conshohocken adding a weekend brunch menu

Hook and Ladder Sky Bar & Kitchen is introducing a weekend brunch menu this weekend on Saturday, February 25th, and Sunday the 26th from noon to 3:00 p.m. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the historic firehouse with outdoor seating available overlooking the plaza at SORA West.

Hook and Ladder’s brunch menu features starters like Scotch eggs, wagyu beef carpaccio, and a charcuterie board, to name a few. Signature brunch dishes with unique takes on popular traditional brunch dishes include wagyu beef apple sausage egg Benedict, French toast smoked bacon, fried hot chicken waffle, or, for those looking to splurge – the dry-aged tomahawk egg benedict featuring 42 oz of dry-aged long bone ribeye. Completing the brunch menu is an egg-topped burger. Hook and Ladder’s brunch burger is an eight-ounce patty with truffle aioli, arugula, caramelized onion, and a fried egg on a brioche bun.

From the bar there are bottomless mimosas offered for $35 per person for two hours, and, paying homage to the building’s history and origin as a fire station, there’s even a cocktail available in a fire extinguisher vessel.

You can find the entire menu here.
