Wondering how the real estate market in Conshy is doing compared to this time last year?  Matt Mittman from 19428Homes.com sent me over the stats this morning.  During the first quarter of 2011 there were 63 units listed for sale with an average listed price of $266,536.  In 2012 the number of homes listed was 64 with an average listed price of $274,024.
