Today, we checked out the recently opened Mission BBQ  in Plymouth Meeting.  The concept is fast-casual, so you order at a counter and take a seat with a tray. However, the seating is more like a sit-down restaurant. The restaurant is decorated with tributes to the military and local first responders.

One interesting thing is that everyday at noon the restaurant plays the National Anthem. Everything stopped and everyone working and eating stood up for it.
