Isabella’s mixologist Malik Congo has developed the first of an ever-changing menu of farm-fresh and organic cocktails. The idea behind doing these farm-fresh drinks is to bring the same respect for seasonal and organic fruits and vegetables to the bar as Chef Michael Cappon brings to his menu.
“We wanted to do more than just a spring cocktail list with light drinks,” explains Mixologist Malik Congo. “We look at what is actually coming into season and pair them with all natural or organic liquors.”
Farm-fresh cocktails will feature unconventional ingredients like rhubarb in the colorful Mojito, house smoked cherries in their take on the classic Cosmo, organic local cucumber in this specialty Martini and organic peaches in the Margarita.
