Isabella Chef Michael Cappon has created a six course menu dedicated entirely to the glory of the pig. His “For the Love of Pork Menu” will be offered for the month of March. Pork lovers will go hog wild for dishes like Spiced Pork Rinds with blood orange gastrique; Crispy Pig Cheeks with creamy polenta and aged balsamic; and Pork Tenderloin with wild mushroom ragout, fresh thyme and truffle. The cost is $35.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests can complete their dining experience with a glass of Isabella’s bacon infused Makers Mark bourbon ($7.50).
