Jack Francis Catering is offering catered meals for your door this week on July 30th and August 1st. During the pandemic, Jack Francis switched to offering catered meals to your door. Options this week include a Hawaiian Luau, that comes with:
- Huli Huli chicken
- Ohana green beans
- Sweet potatoes with roasted coconut and pineapple
- Spinach salad
- Mandarin oranges
- Scallions wonton strips
- Pineapple balsamic dressing
- King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- Tropical fruit salad and sand dollar cookies
And if you don’t feel like a luau, you can try Snacks for Supper, that comes with:
- Mini hoagies and cheesesteaks
- Cilantro lime grilled chicken
- Spinach and artichoke hummus
- Pineapple mango bruschetta
- Pita chips crostini
- Caprese skewers tortellini kabobs
- Grilled chicken souvlaki – tzatziki sauce
- Summer vegetable fritters – basil aioli
- Pigs in a blanket
- Brie cups
- Sesame chicken
- Assorted dessert squares
Other meals on the menu feature Pork Carnitas and Crispy Fish Tacos, Cold Tuscan Style Grilled Chicken, and Surf and Turf. You can view the menus here.
Jack Francis Catering is also now booking events for up to 60 guests at its banquet hall in Conshohocken. The facility on Maple Street continues to be a great venue for any family celebration or corporate function.
The venue can normally accommodate up to 120 guests but during the green phase of reopening from the pandemic, Jack Francis Catering has reduced the number of tables to allow for proper social distancing (6′ apart).
All staff members will be masked and gloved during any event and plexiglass partitions have been purchased to further isolate staff from guests. All CDC guidelines are followed when cleaning the facility.
