Jury acquits Conshohocken woman of most serious charge in death of Fayette Street pedestrian

A jury has acquited a Conshohocken woman, Leah Cielo, of vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment. She was on trial over the death of a pedestrian, Bruce Collins, who died when Cielo’s car struct him while he was crossing Fayette Street at 4th Avenue on January 31, 2018.

The jury had to determine whether Cielo started driving with her windshield obstructed or whether it fogged up after she began driving as the defense claimed.
