Back in 1922, the Cedar Heights section of Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township) was being developed into a dense neighborhood with several hundred new home lots available. The advertisement for the latest round of lots being offered points out that the first 275 were all sold in just three months. The new area being opened up for development has 293 lots.
The lots were priced at just $1 down with 75 cents to $1 a week there after (each lot cost between $50 to $248). The advertisement does not state the expected price of building a house on the lots. There was a builder involved, but you could also have brought in an outside builder (based on how it describes access to a well that was built in the neighborhood).
We looked through county property records to see if we could find an early sale of one of these homes, but modern property records available online only date back to 1976 (that we could find).
While searching the property records, we also clicked into various addresses involved and found that almost all of the original homes from the 20s and 30s had been remolded or completely rebuilt.

We do know of at least one home still standing as originally constructed at 350 Roberts Avenue. If you compare 350 Roberts to the top image under “No More Paying Rent” in the images below, that looks to be it. Property records show 350 Roberts was constructed in 1920 and has not had any additions or major exterior remodeling.
