The Philadelphia Business Journal reports that Keystone Property Group has purchased the 100 and 200 Four Falls office buildings in West Conshohocken. These buildings are the last two office buildings on your left as you drive out of West Conshohocken into the Main Line along Route 23.
Keystone Property Group is the developer behind the current under-construction SORA West at the corner of West Elm and Fayette Street in Conshohocken. Once SORA West is complete it will be home to a corporate headquarters for AmerisourceBergen, a hotel, restaurant within a historic firehouse, parking garage and a public square.
Keystone also owns and has its headquarters at SORA East, an office building at East Elm and Harry Street.
