Lafayette Hill’s Bailey Feeney named American Hockey Coaches Association Academic All-American

Lafayette Hill’s Bailey Feeney was among five members of Stonehill College’s women’s ice hockey team that were named American Hockey Coaches Association Academic All-Americans. Feeney went to high school at Mount Saint Joseph’s Academy and off the ice is majoring in business. Stonehill College is located in Easton, MA.

To qualify for the AHCA All-American Scholar Program an NCAA Division I or III women’s hockey student-athlete must have attained at least a 3.75 grade point average in both the fall and spring semesters during the 2022-23 academic year and appear in 40 percent of the team’s games.

As a freshman defender, Feeney played in 37 games and started in eight. She finished the season with four goals and 16 assists for 20 points. She was named a New England Women’s Hockey Alliance’s Rookie of the Week last December.
