Lafayette Hill’s Joey O’Brien recently helped lead La Salle College High School to the PIAA 6A state championship for football. The Explorers defeated Pittsburgh Central Catholic 34-20.

O’Brien made three interceptions, including a 95-yard pick-6, and threw a touchdown pass. O’Brien plays wide receiver and safety and is headed to Notre Dame to continue his education and football career.
