From January 1st to February 28th, the Plymouth Township Police Department investigated 123 cases of retail theft. As of March 29th, the department had cleared 99 (104 actual arrests) with 13 investigations remaining open. There were six active/pending warrants. In five cases, prosecution was declined. During March, the department investigated 93 cases of retail theft, resulting in 50 cases cleared with an arrest (56 actual arrests). As of April 10th, there are 33 open investigations and nine active/pending warrants. In nine cases, prosecution was declined.
